Terms and Conditions: Connect Nordics Subscription Policy

Operating Entity: The Connect Nordics website and all associated services are owned and operated by the Bulgaria-Nordic Business Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”).

Bulgaria-Nordics Business Council is an organisation registered and operating under Bulgarian law with registration number 206686412 and legal address Bulgaria, Sofia, 11 Grigor Nachevich Str. 

Contractual Agreement: By purchasing a subscription, the Subscriber enters into a binding legal agreement directly with the Bulgaria-Nordic Business Council. All rights, obligations, and liabilities arising from this agreement are held by the Council. Any disputes or formal communications regarding the subscription services must be directed to the Council’s registered office in Bulgaria.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Connect Nordics website, including its logos, website content, and digital assets, are strictly reserved to the Bulgaria-Nordic Business Council.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the “I Agree” button during the checkout process, the Subscriber automatically accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

  1. Subscription Scope

2.1 Free Access to service – Business Package

By subscribing to the Business Package you receive access to the following services, free of charge:

  • Community Platform & Blog: Full access to all content and discussions
  • Premium Networking: Access to a trusted executive network
  • Newsletter: Weekly newsletter and community updates
  • Event Invitations: Access to webinars and global conferences
  • Nordic Delegations: Updates on Nordic delegations and business missions
  • Branding Opportunities: Ability to contribute sponsored content to our network

2.2 Access to Premium Package

By subscribing to the Premium Service Package, the Subscriber receives all benefits included in the “Business” tier, plus:

  • Includes everything in BUSINESS
  • Priority Access: First-look invitations for all business visits and events
  • Premium Discounts: 25% off organized Nordic visits and 30% off all workshops
  • Full Inclusion: All community gatherings and networking meetups included
  • Brand Visibility: 1 sponsored newsletter article and 1 featured success story
  • Storytelling: Speaker slot at a conference or online event.
  • Recognition: Exclusive “Trusted Partner” digital badge.
  1. Fees and Payment
  • The total billing price for the 12-month subscription period is 590 EUR.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
  • Price Adjustments: The Council reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Non-refundable: Subscription payment is non-refundable after the third month of subscription, upon any disputes.
  1. Usage of Premium Benefits
  • Speaker Slots: Speaker topics must be relevant to the community and are subject to final editorial approval by the Council to ensure quality standards.
  • Content Visibility: Sponsored articles and success stories must be submitted at least [7] days before publication. The Council reserves the right to edit for length and tone.
  • Digital Badge: The “Trusted Partner” badge is a limited license. It must be removed if the subscription is terminated or expires.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least [7] days before the next billing cycle.
  • 3 months cancellation period and refund: During the first three months of using the Premium service, the Subscriber has the option to cancel the subscription and receive 100% of the total fees paid;
  • Non-Refundable Fees: All subscription fees paid to The Council are non-refundable after the initial three-months period of usage has passed. By completing the purchase of the Premium Subscription, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that access to the “Trusted Partner” benefits—including but not limited to Priority Access, digital assets, and brand visibility tools—is granted immediately.
  • Waiver of Withdrawal Rights: The Subscriber expressly requests that the service begin immediately upon successful payment.
  • Usage of Benefits: No pro-rata refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or for any unused benefits (e.g., unused speaker slots or newsletter articles) at the time of cancellation. Cancellation of a subscription will stop future billing, but the Subscriber will retain access to the benefits until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  1. Limitation of Liability

The Council provides the platform and networking opportunities “as is.” While we facilitate connections, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases resulting from the subscription.
